FAQ - Holiday Mini Sessions

  • How do I book a session?

    All of our photography bookings are done online at www.lifeeditorials.com via our online scheduling system. Please refer to our up-to-date calendars for availability.

  • Is there parking available at the studio?

    There is ample free parking both in front and behind the building, plus free parking along Performance Drive.
    The studio’s address is 90 Performance Dr Suite #202, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 0G6 (The Glasshouse Studios)

  • What time should I show up to my session?

    Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your session to give you plenty of time to check in, settle down, and do any last-minute touch ups! Note that timeslots are booked back to back and that your session will end 5 mins early to allow time for transitioning.

  • How many people can I bring to my session?

    For our Holiday Mini session, up to 5 people are included in the booking with the option of 1 additional person for the fee of $50.

    CELESTE Room: Max capacity 7

  • Can I bring pets?

    We welcome furry members of your family to the shoot. To respect those with allergies, we kindly ask that you bring your own throw/blanket for your pet to sit on in shared sitting spaces such as the couch, or rug in front of the tree.

    A $100 refundable deposit is required for any sessions involving a pet or pets to cover potential cleaning expenses from accidents.

  • How many photos will I receive at the end of my session? How will I receive them?

    You will receive approximately 25 colour corrected images in high resolution depending on the session you’ve booked. They will be delivered to you via an online gallery 3-5 business days after your session.

  • What should I wear?

    Please remember to bring indoor shoes for your session as outdoor shoes are not permitted within the studio.

  • Who’s going to be my photographer?

    We are a small collective of photographers trained with the same method and mindset of giving your family the best portrait experience and capturing these important moments of your lives. Check out our socials (@lifeeditorials) to familiarize yourself with our style and approach.

  • What if I need to reschedule/cancel my booking?

    In order to secure your booking, all reservations will need to be paid in full. There are no refunds.
    Rescheduling/Cancellations received 7 days before your booking date will be processed at no charge, For cancellations, the amount paid will be transferred into a credit applicable to future bookings within one year of the original booking date. If the credit is unused after one year, it will be forfeited.
    Cancellations within 7 days notice from your booking date, or a failure to show up for your booking will result in a forfeiture of the full value of the booking fee.
